APALA Northeast Chapter members connect virtually at the inaugural meeting on March 17th.
On April 27th, APALA Northeast Chapter members attend the CALA Northeast Chapter Spring 2023 Conference, Queens Public Library in Flushing, New York. Among the day’s highlights include the roundtable discussion “ChatGPT and the Future of Library Services” with colleagues Sunny Chung, Charlotte Cotter, Cindy Li, Hong Yao, and Erica Yuen, and a lunch meetup at the New World Food Court.
Forthcoming events include participation in the REFORMA Northeast Chapter’s 19th Annual Joint Mini Conference in June and a field trip to view Yale University’s special AAPI collections and archives in July.
