On April 2, 2024, Dr. Sarah Park Dahlen will host documentarian, producer and activist Curtis Chin (author of Everything I Learned, I Learned in a Chinese Restaurant) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Asian American Cultural Center (1210 W. Nevada St.) Food for Thought at 12 noon and at the School of Information Sciences (501 E Daniel St Room 126) at 7 pm. Book sales on site.
